Selected Reviews
We engaged Khon Weave to review our cost structure after a period of rapid growth. The report was more specific than anything we'd produced internally — and actually usable by our finance team. Worth it for the clarity alone.

Managing Director, Bangkok

The partnership mapping engagement was not what we expected. We thought we knew our relationship ecosystem well. The health scorecard showed some partnerships we had over-invested in and two gaps that were genuinely limiting our expansion. Solid work, professionally delivered.

We were hesitant about bringing in outside advisors for something as personal as our family succession planning. Khon Weave handled it with real care — the facilitated sessions felt safe, and the governance charter is now something all three siblings actually agree on. That is not a small thing.

I appreciated that the engagement scope was written down before anything started. No surprises, no scope creep. The cost review produced a visual breakdown that we shared with our board — it raised good questions and led to one vendor renegotiation that paid for the engagement three times over within a quarter.

The ecosystem map alone was worth the investment. We had never visualized our external relationships in one place before. Some of the findings were uncomfortable — but honest and backed by evidence. That is what you want from a consulting engagement.
Natnicha Phumipat
General Manager, Samut Prakan

We came in expecting a fairly standard governance document. What we actually got was a thoughtful transition roadmap that the whole family had shaped through the sessions. The communication plan was particularly useful — something we would not have thought to ask for. Recommended without reservation.

Engagement Stories
Three detailed accounts of completed engagements — presented with client permission, and with identifying details adjusted for confidentiality.
Cost Structure Review
Regional Distribution Company, Bangkok — 3-Week Engagement
Challenge
The company had grown from 40 to 180 employees over four years. Leadership suspected their cost base had become misaligned with their business model, but lacked a clear view of where spending had drifted.
What We Did
Collected cost data by function over three years, reviewed vendor contracts, and benchmarked against three comparable distribution operations in the region. Produced a visual cost breakdown with annotated observations.
Outcome
The report identified two vendor arrangements that had not been renegotiated since the company's earlier, smaller phase. Leadership used the findings to restructure those contracts and reallocate a portion of logistics spend to support a new product line.
Partnership Ecosystem Mapping
Technology Services Firm, Central Thailand — 5-Week Engagement
Challenge
The firm had accumulated over 30 vendor and channel relationships over six years, with no structured view of which relationships were generating value and which were consuming management attention without return.
What We Did
Built a relationship inventory through stakeholder interviews, applied our health-scoring framework, and mapped the full ecosystem visually. Identified three high-value partnerships being under-invested, and five low-value arrangements absorbing disproportionate time.
Outcome
The development plan helped the firm focus senior attention on two strategic partners it had been underutilising. Within six months, one of those relationships had expanded into a formal distribution agreement for a new product category.
Family Business Transition Advisory
Manufacturing Family Enterprise, Greater Bangkok — 10-Week Engagement
Challenge
A second-generation family enterprise with three siblings entering leadership roles. Roles were unclear, decision-making authority was contested, and the founding parent wanted to reduce day-to-day involvement without creating instability.
What We Did
Conducted confidential interviews with all family members and four senior non-family managers. Facilitated two family council sessions to work through shared values and decision boundaries. Developed a governance charter, role definitions, and a two-year transition roadmap.
Outcome
The family reached agreement on a shared governance structure and published it internally. The founding parent transitioned to a Board Chair role on a defined timeline, and the three siblings took on formally scoped executive responsibilities with agreed escalation protocols.
